Due to the nature of medical diagnostic testing, kits that have already shipped cannot be refunded. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of our medical testing services.
Refunds Are Offered Only If:
Cancellation Within 24 Hours
The kit has not shipped and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Damaged or Incomplete Kit
The kit arrives damaged or incomplete, preventing proper sample collection.
Manufacturing Defect
The laboratory determines a manufacturing defect prevents testing.
No Refunds For:
Kits that have already shipped (unless damaged or defective)
Customer dissatisfaction with test results
Improper sample collection by customer
Change of mind after kit has been shipped
How to Request a Refund
